The Area is 3 km from the only Village of Koufonisi which can be easily either walk either crossed with a rented Bicycle moppet or car
The place is ideal for a family or a company of people which want to be outside of cities towns and villages and enjoy one fantastic place for their own pleasure
There is always the option to eat in one nice tavern or drink a cocktail at the famous Koufonisi bar back in the town or 150 m from the villas in Pori bar and tavern
Each House have 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds so it can accommodate up to 6 people
There is a pergola in the outside gathering area , a fireplace in the living room with built in sofas , washing machine, Fully Equipped Kitchen , 600 sq private garden
